Radiohead Joins Team America?

Okay, I was watching Radiohead's Scotch Mist piece on Current TV New Year's Eve special, I couldn't shake the feeling that Radiohead's Thom Yorke was a marionette such as what you might find in Team America. The image below (on the top) appears inside of the first two minutes of the video. I thought perhaps it was a special effect and actually a puppet of some sort. As it turns out, I was wrong.

Overall, it was a really nice series of videos that highlight Radiohead's unselfconscious creative process. Their music seems to follow this path as well. Check out Radiohead's website too. You'll see frequent typos giving the impression that front page posts come from someone's laptop without any further processing. Shooting from the hip creatively, that's Radiohead. Good stuff.

More than a coincidence? You decide!
